» If a booking has been cancelled 21 days before arrival there is no fee and we return all the amount of the advance.

» If a booking has been cancelled 21-7 days before arrival of the visitor there is fee equal to 100% of the advance.

» If a booking has been cancelled 6 days before arrival of the visitor or if the visitor do not come there is fee equal to 100% of the total reservation cost.

* For customers who cancel their reservation due to force majeure (e.g. cancellation of the flight), there is no charge.
